Andalusia Farm – Home of Flannery O’Connor
The Flannery O’Connor – Andalusia Foundation is dedicated to the restoration, preservation and appreciation of Andalusia, final home of Flannery O’Connor, to perpetuate her place on the roster of great writers of the twentieth century. The Foundation was established in 2001 by Margaret Florencourt Mann and Louise Florencourt, first cousins of O’Connor. A Board of Directors was elected in 2002.
The Foundation, organized as a nonprofit under the Georgia Nonprofit Corporation Code, operates exclusively for literary, charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and has tax-exempt status. An independent organization, it is not affiliated with any other foundation or institution
